We started Gem State Pressure Washing because we kept seeing beautiful North Idaho homes and hard-working commercial properties buried under algae, road film and weathering — and no local crew who treated them carefully.
So we bought the rig, learned the surfaces, and built a business we'd be comfortable recommending to our own neighbors. Every estimate, every wash and every final walkthrough is done by the two of us. That's how we keep the standard where we want it.
